New Board Member Election
1) Didn't carefully read through every letter of intent
2) Didn't carefully review my emails before sending out
International Mixer
1) Didn't think through details -- didn't bring chopping board, serving spoon...
2) Didn't send out reminder to confirm volunteers' shift on the day before the event.
3) Didn't get the cell number of volunteers in case of emergency.
Alumni Mixer
1) Didn't recruit volunteers (underestimate the workload)
2) Didn't actively try to better communicate with AABA
3) Didn't prepare for the speech => I really need to work on this...
4) Myself didn't network with people in this "Networking" event
