星巴克開始成為我的安慰劑應該可追朔到大學時代
當時台灣剛開始有星巴克
住學校宿舍時期木柵距離忠孝東路星巴克距離不算短, 為了在擁擠的學生宿舍中保留一點想像中的咖啡氣質, 當時就以法式濾壓壺跟星巴克咖啡豆做為早晨的儀式迎接我的每一天

~ American Idol 前七強 ~
上禮拜第一次看 David Cook 覺得不怎麼樣
還奇怪為什麼大家都說他讚
這禮拜他的表演應該算是回到正常水準
超棒! 很有大明星架勢

近來不論種族越來越多的人偏愛亞洲女生
這不是甚麼新聞啦
我周圍不論白人黑人Hispanic印度人
大家都愛亞洲女

不過現在要講得不是這個
是最近發現亞洲女生的reputation可以善加利用
之前在criagslist 賣車的時候
經捍客建議用了"owned and nicely maintained by an Asian girl" 的可笑字眼
沒想到真的詢問信如雪片般飛來
當時不覺得全是那句話的功勞...我的小可若拉也是大受歡迎的車款哪

但在室友昨天成功賣出她的電視之後我們就開始對這句話大為推崇
本來登了一陣子沒有賣出去的電視
前兩天加上這一句之後, 還提高了價錢
居然詢問度大增, 馬上就賣出去了
據說今天還有人來詢問呢

因為大家在craigslist 上買東西的時候都會稍微想像一下賣方是怎麼樣的人
亞洲女孩給人良好印象, 大家可以善加利用,  總比說甚麼 good condition 那些大家都會說的好...

今天的American Idol 主題是勵志歌曲
能進到前八強當然大家都唱得很棒
但今天Jason的表演是讓我覺得超有感覺的
乾淨的聲音和認真的神情, 加上我本來就超愛這首夏威夷歌曲

最近在車上聽廣播一直重複聽到一個交友網站廣告
說是專門為已經有固定交往對象的人設計的
說甚麼"因為你值得更多"
我聽了覺得是不是自己英文聽力有問題
怎麼這種奇怪的廣告會在一個收聽率很高的知名電台反覆播放
今天特地專心聽了一下他的網址回家看看

一看不得了
網站寫得更露骨
"專營已婚約會. 外遇. 人妻, 婚外情" "保證保密"
正在想說真糟糕不小心闖入低俗的小網站
仔細一看, Dr. Phil, Howard Stern, CNN 都曾介紹過這個網站ㄟ
只能說國情真的大不同

我們常常嘲笑某些男生是geek
ExtraLife說所有的男生都是geek
並把他們分成56種
其實他們主要是要賣海報賺錢啦
不過有些真的還蠻好笑的

"台灣國語"是把一些台語用字併入國語中或是有台語腔的國語
我不是ABC所以講國語絕不會有英語腔
這兒的美國國語所指的就是超容易讓人一不小心會把英文加到國語中的用字

今年有幾部打著慾望城市名號的影集即將陸續推出

MTV的熱門影集The Hills(Laguna Beach 的續集)被戲稱為SEX AND A NEW CITY
主角們住在高級公寓, 光顧一樣是最時髦的餐廳夜店
主角Lauren 和Carrie一樣迷戀名牌鞋也戴了個跟Carrie一樣的名字項鍊
不一樣的是場景換成了LA
多了紐約沒有的豪華別墅沙灘派對和加州陽光

除了The Hills 之外
(1)慾望城市作者Candace Bushnell的另一部作品口紅叢林(Lipstick Jungle)即將在NBC播放
(2)慾望城市前Executive Producer, Darren Starr, 自己拍了部類似的Cashmere Mafia 也即將在ABC播出(Lucy Liu 也在其中扮演一角)
這兩部都是在描寫在美麗能幹的主角們在紐約的生活萬象

哈像我一樣喜歡幻想都會生活的女生又有好戲看了!
(怪的是其實生活在LA,那些有名的Club去過幾次也並不覺得太有趣, 反倒是看別人的生活比較開心)

不知不覺中Apple藉著各種方式改變人們的生活模式
在健身房裡不只是邊跑步邊聽iPod, 還可以邊踩腳踏車邊用iPhone回妳的Facebook留言

iPod 把其實已經存在很久的MP3 player帶入更多人的生活
iPhone 其實也只是把早已可上網的手機美化加上種種酷炫因子變得更普及
Apple在賺進大把鈔票的同時其實也促進了科技的普及
算是對人類也是很有貢獻吧

最近蘋果的Steve Jobs 跟福斯(Volkswagon)的執行長正在討論合作的可能性及細節
以Jobs 過去的成績推斷想必iCar也不會令人失望
忍不住開始猜測起他會帶來甚麼特別功能...

I just realized that Blogger is no more BETA!!!   It suprises myself that I've been on Blogger since 2002 June.  
It was my first blog experience.  However,  I was annoyed by its countless bugs and left for Wretch! 

Now, Google kinda started to turn its focus back on Blogger.   Google relaunched it as its official version and put efforts to create synergies of Blogger and other google services, such as the blog photo management interface by Picasa.

So I decided to give it a try.  After all, the emotional bond between me and Blogger still exists.
