Since the ski season ended, I haven't really had a purpose to work out. And it's easy to imagine my work-out freqency has dropped from 4 times/ week to once every 2 weeks. I didn't realize how bad this was until last week when I was working with the eliptical cross trainer. The smart heartbeat sensor went up to the "Peak High" level after 5 minutes of the work out, and I started to feel headache right away. I had to slow down and try to adjust my heartbeat back to normal cardio or fat burn area.

Analysis: I think that's probably because either I drink too much coffee or I don't work out as much as I should have.

Action Plan:
    - Downsize my daily coffee consumption from a Vente to a Grande.
    - Work out at least 3 times a week
    - Start surfing this summer

  • 一天一杯咖啡 不管是大杯還是中杯 我覺得應該都還在合理範圍內 你擔心太多啦 不然改喝低咖啡因看看
    我的work out最近也是有一搭沒一搭 也該為了比基尼季節努力一下了
